The third Wednesday of every month is dedicated to the women in our society. Every employee in our company wears pink. We talk about one topic every month on this day and focus on raising awareness and talking about difficult topics. This enables us to start conversations and support women all around the world.
Topics such as women’s safety, women’s health and other social issues affecting women are discussed every month on this day. We hold various kinds of workshops for our employees to help them become aware of issues they might not know exist in the society.
We also send out emails to all our employees to send them information and resources regarding the topic that we are tackling that month. This gives our employees a chance to explore various resources and NGO’s that are pushing forward such issues.
