Driven by a mission to create world class facilities that uplift the level of thinking around Indian manufacturers and therein generating meaningful employment for as many people as possible, DAKS India has grown from a 13 machine production floor established in 1994 into a company today that provides employment to over 3500 people in state-of-the-art factories and functions in keeping with the highest certifications.

Over the years, our charge to build a state of the art DAKS ecosystem has led to an elevated, detail-oriented and proud mindset that our DAKS Family have learnt to bring with them to work every morning and take home to their families in the evening.
It’s with very focused initiative that we have developed these sensibilities in our team. From attention to small details found through our factory floors such as broken needle record books that prevent even one needle making it through into a packed piece, to planting expansive greenery around the factories to create a sense of space for us to grow into, our number one focus at DAKS has been developing the right mindset.
