Built on the principles of lean manufacturing, our 9 factories are highly focused on their individual verticals. With over a decade of implementing Kanban style of operations, DAKS has a deep understanding of value mapping which allow us to not only tailor whole production set-ups and practices around our customers but also give us a level of flexibility and make changes on the fly, something difficult to achieve in larger copy-paste operations.
From cut to pack systems to ancillary operations such as warehousing and compression, value addition operations such as printing and embroidery- we perform all operations in-house, so as to be able to maintain the highest quality through our workflow.

Core Systems
We follow a strict no subcontracting policy, maintaining all productions functions in-house.
A love for good design trickles beyond the art that adorns our factory walls into the product we develop at DAKS. Our teams spend time in Paris, New York and Korea to get a deeper understanding of culture and have a sense of the pulse of the market.
A constant in the production process providing performance and colour testing at various points in the cycle on fabrics and trims, ensure that beginning to end, we are able to deliver on our client’s requirements.
Design Systems
Our in-house computer and machine embroidery machines allow us to not only quickly sample but also control production quality inhouse.
DAKS has an in-house team of artisans who work closely with our home and garments team on providing that extra flourish of pari work including hand embroidery, zari, beads and zardozdi. On special projects, our customers from our bag and packaging division also utilise our handwork teams for their fine detailing.
In order to protect the brands we work with, we have developed in-house printing capabilities with a capacity of 3.5 million pieces monthly.
Ancillary Systems
We hold a RN Number for filled cushions, for all states of USA.
As per customer requirements, we can flat pack pieces before being shipped, making for more compact shipments.
We follow a four point fabric check system for all fabric brought in house before its stored. At the end of production all finished good are stored in our warehouse for checking and packing before shipping.
